He had just arrived at his home by ambulance and was still in the care of the Hospice Nurse and EMT'S and Sheril (Al's wife) and all of Al's children were there (Troy, Matt,Travis, and Crissy) and their families. Sheril felt that Al was at peace when he died as he had held on to get home and be with his family.
  • Dear Friends and Family,

There is going to be a Funeral Mass for Al at St. William's Catholic Church in Atascadero on Tuesday, July 15th at 8:30 A.M..  It will be about 30 to 45 minutes with a reception following.  Many of you attended Al's services last Thursday and the family is so grateful.

If you were unable to make that service or want to come and join us again in honoring Al, our family would love for you to be there.

    Love you all, Sharon

    • BBQ Special:Hi, I hope you are all doing well and that those of you who are my Body Shop customers are loving your Body Shop products.  I currently have a very special catalog party open that will remain open until 6/30. This month I will be donating all of my commissions to my cousin, Al Silva, who has been battling prostate cancer for the last three years.  Last year his Dr. told him there wasn't much more they could do for him and Christmas found him very week and in lots of pain and we were sure it would be his last.  However, another miracle came our way and Cuz was given some information about a trial cancer treatment that they have been using in Seattle where his oldest son lives.  Cuz went up to Seattle for a couple of months and the treatment is working great.  He's back home now and has the treatment shipped here and his wife and my mom administer the treatments.  Problem is......it's a trial program so insurance doesn't cover the cost and the treatment is very expensive.
    • My master plan was to donate all my commission for the entire month of June to my cuz, but unfortunately I fell from a ladder while organizing a rummage sale and broke a vertebra so I have been laid up all month and the best I can do is a catalog party. This month the Body Shop at Home is offering limited edition products for 30% off including my personal favorite; Green Tea Shower gel.  To order:  visit my web site @ www.thebodyshopathome.com/web/cryan  Or call me @ 712-9282  We are also having a benefit BBQ in Atascadero June 29th.  Tickets are $20 per meal and include 1/2 a chicken, beans, corn on the cob, garlic bread and green salad.  50/50 raffle tickets are also being sold for $5 per ticket or $25 for 6 tickets.  Thank you all for your support and hope you are all doing well. Love Always, Cori
